In the role of production engineer, you are directly subordinate to the production manager and are part of a group of 18 employees within the Production Department, which in turn consists of approximately 110 employees. The production department is in turn part of Global operations, which consists of approximately 200 employees who in one way or another contribute important functions to the production chain.
Tasks that are part of the role of production engineer
* Develop production processes, technical / digital solutions and working methods
* Organize and lead strategic development and investment projects with a future perspective
* Lead rotor cause analyzes, compile and analyze data, produce calculations and based on these develop improvements and technical solutions with a focus on the future
* Initiate and be a driving force in the acquisition and development of system support such as off-line programming
* By being involved in production, support daily operations in situations that arise in our machine park, and if necessary support, lead and distribute tasks to technicians in production
* Collaborate and provide support for other functions such as design, purchasing, etc. based on their processes
* Collaborate both internally with colleagues and externally with partners
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a completed engineering education or knowledge acquired in another way, which the employer considers to be equivalent. We expect you to have worked with similar tasks for at least four years. You have a great technical interest and know-how as well as a solid process competence, mainly in cutting and grinding. You should also have several years of experience in project management, as well as the habit of analyzing and compiling data.
Knowledge and skills in CAM systems are an advantage. The machine park in which you will work consists largely of Siemens and Okuma control systems. Experience of these is an advantage, as is experience of digitization in the manufacturing industry.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and take your own initiatives to find new ways and ways of working. You need to have the ability to initiate, implement and complete projects and development work.
You have good collaboration skills, social skills, good communication skills and build good relationships with both colleagues and partners. You are structured and have a good ability to solve problems, both in groups and independently. You have a high digital habit and handle the Swedish and English languages fluently, in both speech and writing. Driving license B is needed in the service.
The position is a full-time indefinite one, appointment is made by agreement. Individual wage setting.
