· Lead a cross functional team for your system area with Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Attribute team, Purchase, Supplier Quality Assurance, the Company, Testing and Suppliers.
· Supplier contacts with Global and local Chinese suppliers.
· Be in close contact with the Company’s Durability and Corrosion Attribute teams.
· Balance attribute requirements (NVH, Aerodynamics, Durability and Brake) and technical requirements with supplier ability.
· Represent your system area on the Company’s package meetings.
· Be responsible for the overall time planning for your system area.
· Continuous improvement of delivery mechanism and technologies
