Job description:
As a Junior Marketer, you will be responsible for organising and releasing marketing materials, job ads, news and projects on social media and the website. As a part of this position, you will be assisting and collaborating with the HR department in the hiring process and finding talents.
Responsibilities:
● Managing social media and to keep it active.
● Assisting the HR department with finding talents and preparing job advertisement descriptions and posters.
● Preparing materials and content for each project. Including; text, poster and videos.
● Monitoring Milford’s growth on social media
● Plan and execute the company’s marketing activities, including developing, editing and creating content for various initiatives
● Collaborate with HR department as needed to produce and maintain material for hiring process
Qualifications:
● Must be able to work independently as well as a great team player.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Skilled in social media marketing.
● An ability to prioritize, and organize tasks to meet deadlines and requests.
● Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and web design.
Education:
● Holding a degree in Content development, Marketing, communications or related subjects.
