Description of the assignment
We`re looking for two more Engineering Managers to lead teams across multiple locations and drive the transition to a new operational model.
Location is flexible, but must be able to collaborate with teams in Bordeaux, Seattle, and Sao Paulo (as well as the "PO" in the UK). Preferably Sthlm-based, but must work in the Latam/US timezone.
We can assign the role to the appropriate person. The combination of technology, delivery, and leadership is critical. Managers are important, but our nature necessitates hands-on work in teams.
Personalization of video and images, campaign consents and audience, and rich landing pages With our new tools, we can dissolve/replace two existing solutions (Fiddleback and Wavy).
SaaS Common Infrastructure and shared components for our Engagement suite, portal, design system, micro frontend, CI/CD, Kubernetes clusters, billing, analytics, and users.
A strong emphasis on technology.
Duration: 6 months + extension
