Description of the assignment
The customer wishes to hire a procurement consultant to assist the administration, project manager, the municipality`s procurer / purchasing unit, requirements setter, and managers with a number of procurements. You will play a role in transforming the company into an active and knowledgeable customer. Educates on the importance of reinvesting heavily in the new competition and separate procurements for specific projects.
Municipal real estate companies have many development areas, and the legislation is complicated. Procurement and purchasing always necessitate efforts.
Tasks include the following:
Audit and ensure that which agreements exist, which agreements must exist, how they are to be used, and how the business applies them are all in place.
Compilation of agreements in an agreement catalogue / summary
Training and review with clients and managers to gain a better understanding of the LOU and become a better client
