Business Unit Sak is working to replace a business-critical case management system (CMA - IBM Insis) that has reached the end of its life cycle. This case management is used by five different user groups, resulting in 4-5 different custom application deliveries. The development of the new system (Appian), which will replace the existing one, is well underway with a well-functioning agile team, and deliveries of fully developed applications are scheduled for February-June 2022.
The task entails the following:
Lead the final stages of development and implementation of the new case management applications.
Make certain that the project team has adequate working conditions.
Follow up with the project team and report to the steering group as agreed. Ensure appropriate communication with the project`s recipients.
Manage the project`s resources in accordance with the frameworks provided.
Contribute to the establishment of a management organisation that accepts responsibility for the results.
Hand over the new case management applications to management.
Competency prerequisites
At least 5 years of project development and implementation experience is required.
Used to working with "agile" teams and project models similar to PEJL Worked in the insurance industry Implemented case management systems
Ability to express oneself simply and clearly in writing and orally
Swedish is spoken.
