Background
The need for stability in customers` digital services has increased as a result of the pandemic. As a result, the customer conducts a retake in which they review their basic processes within Service Management and Service Operation. Simultaneously, several of the customer`s services are adopting more agile working methods.
Description of the assignment
The customer is looking for a resource that covers several of the previously mentioned topics. This includes, among other things, having a good understanding of how an IT organization works, having a deep knowledge of and understanding of Service Management and Service Operation (ITIL v3 and v4), and having a good understanding of DevOps and Agile working methods (eg SAFe). The resource must also have practical experience implementing this in one of the larger platforms on the market, such as ServiceNow or something similar, in a larger organization with its own operation, management, and development of digital services and parts.

Extensive Service Operation Experience Documented
Extensive Service Management experience that has been documented
Scrum Master certification and a solid understanding of SAFe
Extensive experience implementing these processes in a larger organization on a cohesive platform
Reference assignment: If reference assignments are required due to the nature and needs of the call-off, the customer will establish the requirements.
Börkrav
The consultant should have extensive project management experience.
The consultant should be familiar with information security work.
The consultant should have prior experience with Engagement Management.
Extent
The extent of the services may change over time. Initially, the scope is estimated to be 70–90% of that of a full-time position. The customer makes no guarantees about the scope of the work as a percentage of a full-time job.
Investment
The assignment must be completed on-site at the customer`s location.
Duration: 6 months + extension
